Hello All!!
My projects for today are these cute Money Cards. My niece's b-day party is this weekend, and I wanted to make a card to hold her cash. She's going to Disney World next weekend, so all she wants is spending money. Which is fine by me, one less errand I have to run! I got the idea from Dawn Griffith. She has am awesome, easy video tutorial Here. It was so easy to make! I made a couple, and plan to make more!
Still using scraps! I have had the red flowers floating around for awhile. I got tired of relocating them, so I just created the card around them.
This card came about because of my loooove for iced coffee! The stamp set was so stinkin' cute, the card came together in a few minutes! Still working on my paper piecing.
Well, I am going to try and take today and relax a little.(Ha!) We'll see how that goes. I have a pile of laundry waiting to be ironed, and reorganization of the kids rooms. *sigh* A mom's job is NEVER done! ;)
Have a GREAT day!

Mojo Monday 123
Hello All!
I really enjoyed todays Mojo Monday sketch! Today, you have the option of doing a round or square card. I chose square, and it came together really easily! I have had some paper laying around that I have been wanting to use, and today's sketch was the perfect fit for it! I hope you like it!

Of course I had to add some glitter somewhere! I decided not to use the buttons (and I had some really cute ones)because my bow is kida large. I thought it made the card look too busy. So of course I had to use some sparkly rhinestones!
Off to start my busy day. I have a dentist appointment (getting some fillings replaced, BOO!) And, 'helping' my girls sell Girl Scout cookies. And by helping, I mean doing it myself...lol It's ok though, it's just pre-order time. When we get the cookies in, they will be doing some booth sales, and door-to-door! Builds character I think.
Well, gotta go! As always, if you have any questions, please let me know. Have a FANTASTIC day! :)

Bling Heavy...
Hello Everyone! For today's Mojo Monday challenge, I know I went a bit overboard with the bling! I couldn't help it. I just loooove sparkle! And the little birds are hilarious I think. I feel like it is missing something in the upper right corner, but I got tired of trying to figure out what, so I just laid on the sparakle! This card reminds me of my daughter Ava. She has a new 'boyfriend' everyday, and she basically tells them that they are! It's funny right now because she's 5, we'll reevaluate the situation if she's still doing this in a few years... lol

My second card is another in my scrap challenge. I actually have quite a few pieces of this paper left over from a scrapbook I did for a friend a couple of years ago, so I think I wil make a set using it next. But this beauty is going to my Goddaughter. I promised I would mail her some cookies for her b-day, and I'm a bit late with them. But, they are going in the mail tomorrow I promise! :)
If you have any questions, please drop me a line. Have a FANTASTIC day!!

Upcoming Kids Club Project
Hello Everybody!
Today I am posting a few pics of the projects for the next Kids Club. We are FINALLY going to be doing the Build-A-Bears!! We are going to be making a Top Note Box, inspired by one of my favorite Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, Angie Juda. We are also going to be making a few mini notecards to go inside the box. I think the kids are going to love it! ALSO!!! I am going to be GIVING AWAY a fabulous Build-A-Bear set to one lucky girl! I will be emailing Club members with details.
I have to admit I am having so much fun playing with these bears! :)
Inside of the box...
The items for the give-away...
I spiffed up the envelopes using the 'Seal of Pawthenticity' and 'Beary Nice Wishes' stamp sets.
I didn't forget about my challenge! This was made using the different size circles that I cut out for another project. I had a lot of makings for lady bugs, and had forgotten all about them! So they are going to be popping up in some more of my V-Day projects.
If you have nay questions about the projects, just let me know! Have a great night!

My Challenge
Hi All!!
My card for today is part of a challenge that I have made for myself. I have been trying to re-organize things, and discovered that I (probably like many of you) have a TON of scraps. So, in the spirit of trying to downsize (to make room for lots of new fun stuff!) I am going to be using my scraps for my projects for this week. I am excited to see what I come up with!
If you have any questions, please let me know! Have a FANTASTIC day! :)

Happy New Year!
Hi Everyone!! I hope you all had a fantastic New Year's! Travis and I went out to dinner with some friends, and were home by 10:30. We were really living on the edge! ;)
Anyhow, yesterday, we had my daughter Amaiya's 10th birthday party. She wanted to have a card making party to play with my new Build-a-Bear supplies. They had a BLAST! I was very impressed with all their bears. Here's a look at all the festivities:
Ava LOVES making cards. She's only 5, but I think she does a great job. :)
She is pretty shy. She always gets embarrassed when it's time to sing to her!
Amaiya has been wanting a guitar for about 3 years. I didn't want to get her one until I thought she was serious. I told her if she saved half, I would put up the other half. Well here it is!
Well, now that the party is over, I am going to take some time and play with this stuff myself! Have a great day! :)
